1989 Joacim Thenander and Jonas Österdahl released a cassette under the name Slam Jam Dynamite. The year after they were signed to a record label, and chose the name Cultivated Bimbo. The tracks of Slam Jam Dynamite were never included in the Cultivated Bimbo catalogue until Prequel was released (2020), although the name of the cassette - Dead aim & attack - was used as a title of one of the tracks on their debut album.
